Job description.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and execute in designing and implementing China Supply Chain Management System (e-Procurement project), and provide on-going support.
Provide thought leading in business request analysis and system solutions delivery to meet business requests from all supporting functions such as Logistics, SCM, QA, Manufacturing, etc.
Lead and support IT Logistics & SCM system team to fulfill ERP application daily supporting tasks for all China logistics & SCM users including new module, function enhancement and report development.
Work with Finance system team in all ERP issue analysis & resolution delivery.
Cooperate with other above store team members in system integration, Policy & Procedure compliances and security management, etc.
Perform effective time and resource management on assigned projects and tasks, and provide guidance and training to team members in the responsible areas.
Possess a high degree of knowledge of China business management model especially in supply chain, logistics, accounting & control, manufacturing and QA etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Good knowledge in supply chain management and ERP system application, familiar with SAP or Oracle or JDE will definitely be a plus
Good project management skill as a team player and customer mania
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, persuasive and patient
Independent and proactive
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred to have 10 years working experiences among which with at least 5-year solid experiences in supply chain management with complex multi-national company or ERP application consultancy environment.
Proven record in ERP project implementation.
Bachelor and above degree in business management or related major with good command of English |
